Liberty Mortgage USA was created by two dedicated individuals with similar goals and values, Bob Scheinman and Scott Chronister. These two partners are compelled to make a difference in their industry by setting an extremely high standard of service to home buyers through hard work and strong moral values. Bob and Scott feel the best way to carry out their goals and meet their objectives is by putting their name on their work; so... they opened their own business and Liberty Mortgage USA was created! Together, Bob and Scott make a very strong and very reliable team, dedicated to setting the service standard in the mortgage industry...one customer at a time!

Upon growing up and graduating from high school in Toronto, Canada, Bob attended the University of Arizona and received a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration.

Spoiled by the weather, Bob decided that the “Sun Belt” certainly appealed to him and was determined to make the United States home. Bob joined a small wholesale sun glass company that distributed product to all the major department stores, mass merchandisers, drug stores and sporting good stores throughout the United States and Canada. As the company was evolving into one of the largest in the industry, Bob was promoted to Vice President of Sales & Marketing. His job led him to live in Phoenix, Los Angeles and eventually to Dallas where he has resided since 1990.

After 25 years in the wholesale industry, it was time for a change and through the encouragement of a friend, Bob started his new career in the mortgage industry. He was very fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with some incredibly knowledgeable mentors over the years. In May of 2006, Bob and Scott decided to use this knowledge and their dedication to service, along with an entrepreneurial spirit to start their own company. One of Bob’s goals is to educate the public while maintaining a hands-on approach with each and every client.

Bob is married with two grown children and three grandchildren who all live in the Metroplex. He is involved in the community where he acts as a mentor/buddy to 3 young boys and also supports the local Chambers of Commerce.++

Scott Chronister is a dedicated husband and father of two and currently lives in Keller, Texas. He is a native Texan, knowledgeable in the local market. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of North Texas, Scott spent 7 years working in the restaurant business, including owning and operating his own restaurant concept until 1997. He spent the next 7 years in various senior level sales positions and management roles in the recruiting and IT staffing industry until his drive and desire to “do more” took over and he went back to work for himself.

Since entering the mortgage industry, Scott has gained a wide variety of experience with many different types of borrowers; from first time home buyers to multi-property investors. He believes that his job as a loan consultant is to educate the borrower and to provide them with a choice when it comes to the type of loan programs that are available to help them meet their goals. Scott also believes the only way he can ensure that his clients receive the best possible service is a hands-on approach. He has always placed a high importance on the value of service and has brought that philosophy to this partnership with Bob. Whether working with realtors, builders, or other referral sources, Scott strives to exceed your expectations and considers it a privilege and an honor to work with you!
